Our restaurant serves a delicious cuisine, strongly personalised, sometimes modern, lively and fresh but always respecting the gastronomic traditions (both country and sea) of Sicily, the cradle of the Mediterranean diet. Unique scents and flavours and exotic spices feature a wide variety of dishes made with fresh seasonal products and also with products coming from other regions of the world. Our chef, Peppe Buffa, will surprise you with his refined dishes, made using top quality raw products only, thus creating a successful combination of ancient and new flavours and providing a sensory journey made of perfumes and flavours.

He has always been a real kitchen and wine lover and he has been a professional sommelier for more than fifteen years. Peppe Buffa is a "real Sicilian", those Sicilian people who give guests friendly welcome and love good food (also characterised by ancient grains) – he usually says that "a good restaurant should be able to produce everything, from fresh bread to sweets". Here, then, the "black bread" made with Tumminia flour (an ancient corn), the creative couscous with tuna fish and wild fennel, the typical couscous "alla trapanese (Trapani style)" with rock fish, the delicious "caponate", the traditional "pasta cu l’agghia (pasta with garlic)", the exquisite lobsters in broth, as well as tuna burgers with "vastedda del Belice (a typical cheese from Belice)", grouper mousses, cakes of sword fish and shrimps, "semifreddi" made with pistachios or "cannoli" filled with ricotta cheese will tell you ancient crafts, new stories and archaic legends.

These recipes are an extraordinary triumph of taste. A well-stocked wine cellar will delight you with Sicilian white and red wines, as well as with national and international labels, especially for the most demanding palates: white wines of Alsace, Chablis, Franciacorta wines or Super Tuscans, to return to Sicilian liqueur wines (such as Passito and Malvasia), and then arriving at Scotch whiskies and agricultural rums, just to give an example. Our restaurant, with an outdoor pergola and a terrace, is the ideal location for both leisure and business trips.
